All of our floors have different amenities to fit each unique ambiance and floor plan.

Rental Fee Includes:

  • 10 hour rental day of event
  • 1 hour rehearsal
  • Two 1-hour planning sessions
  • Provided tables, chairs, and linen
  • Set up and tear down of venue

Venue Pricing

Sunday – Thursday
$1,500 per floor 
$3,800 all three floors

Friday – Saturday
$2,000 per floor
$4,600 all three floors

Rental prices are a flat fee.
All events must conclude by 12:00am
